Fantastic! You are interested in renting one of our apartments in Seattle. Please continue through the following steps:
Note: if you send anything to us be sure to include the address of the property for which you are applying!
- You agree that you have received the required Renters Handbook document.
- You have received our Tenant Screening Criteria document.
- Fill out the application where you viewed the property online, Zillow, Hotpads, or Trulia.
- If you have pets download, fill out, and send us the Pet Addendum.
- Download, fill out, and send us the Smoke Free Addendum .
- Download, fill out, and send us the Crime Free Addendum .
- After you have completed the above then email them to us at sea.tac.rentals@gmail.com for review. If you have met our tenant screening criteria so far we will contact you.
Note: Your application is not complete until you have filled out the online application, filled out the above addendums, and have viewed the property per the Tenant Screening Criteria document above.
